Service Description
This one-time 25-minute free trial lets you meet Mike, assess your level, and experience our teaching approach before committing to a plan. During the session, Mike will understand your goals, suggest a learning path, and answer any questions you may have. Each student is eligible for one trial only. Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed in case of emergency, with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Policy
Trial Class Policy Each student is eligible for one trial class only. Trial classes are conducted exclusively via Zoom or Voov. You may cancel or reschedule once, provided you contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered as trial classes. If Voov is selected, the meeting link will be sent to your WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat before the class. If the teacher is late, please wait up to 10 minutes. The lesson will be extended to cover the full class time.
