Yes. All ESL Vista packages include free unlimited practice materials and access to our online learning resources.

15. Are lessons recorded?

Lessons can be recorded upon request for revision and review purposes.

🔐 Payment Safety & Security – FAQ

1. Is it safe to pay on ESL Vista?

Yes. All payments on ESL Vista are processed securely through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted payment gateways. Your payment details are encrypted and never shared with us.

2. What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using:

  • PayPal balance

  • Credit or debit cards, including:

    • Visa

    • MasterCard

    • American Express

    • JCB

    • UnionPay

👉 You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card.

👉 If you are in mainland China and are unable to complete the payment, we can send you a direct Alipay payment link. Please contact us for assistance.

3. What should I check before making a payment?

For your safety, please make sure:

  • You are paying only on the official ESL Vista website on the same page

  • The website address clearly belongs to ESL Vista

  • You do not click on or follow any external pages, pop-ups, or redirections that appear suspicious

If anything looks unusual, stop the payment and contact us first.

4. What emails are officially from ESL Vista?

  • Your credit card number

  • One-time passwords (OTP)

  • Verification codes

6. What should I do if I receive a suspicious message?

If you receive any message claiming to be from ESL Vista, but:

  • Comes from a different email

  • Asks for payment outside the website

  • Requests personal or financial information
