Lesson Platform
All lessons are conducted online through Zoom or VooV Meeting.
Scheduling
Lessons must be booked according to the teacher’s available schedule.
Punctuality and Late Arrival
Students should join lessons on time. Teachers wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.
Teacher Lateness
Any time lost because of teacher lateness will be added to the lesson.
Technical Problems
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning equipment.
Student Conduct
Students should communicate respectfully and participate appropriately during lessons.

24-Hour Notice
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be counted as completed.
Student No-Show
If a student does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered completed.
Teacher Cancellation
​If a teacher needs to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or returned to the student’s lesson balance.
Emergency Exceptions
A one-time exception may be considered for a genuine emergency. Approval is not guaranteed and may require supporting information.
Technical Problems
If the issue is caused by the student’s internet connection or equipment, the lesson will still be counted. If the issue is caused by the teacher, the lost time will be added or the lesson will be rescheduled.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, online lessons, self-study courses, VIP Library, and related services. By purchasing, booking, accessing, or using ESLVista services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a booking. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity conducted through your account. Parents or legal guardians must manage purchases and accounts for children where required.
ESLVista Services
ESLVista provides online English lessons, learning materials, self-study courses, digital resources, progress-tracking features, and related educational services. Course content, teachers, schedules, features, and availability may be updated when necessary.
Lesson Bookings
Lessons must be booked through ESLVista’s approved booking system and are subject to teacher availability. Students are responsible for checking the correct lesson date, time, platform, and time zone before attending.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours before a lesson are normally counted as completed. Further details are available in our Cancellation Policy.
Late Arrival and No-Shows
Teachers will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If the student does not attend within this period, the lesson may be marked as completed. A late arrival does not automatically extend the lesson.
Payments
Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary according to the selected teacher, course, lesson duration, package, currency, promotion, or payment method. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Additional fees charged by banks, payment providers, or currency-conversion services are the customer’s responsibility.

Teacher Changes and Availability
ESLVista may replace a teacher, change a schedule, or modify lesson arrangements when necessary. When ESLVista or a teacher cancels a lesson, the lesson will normally be rescheduled or returned to the student’s lesson balance.
Student Conduct
Students must communicate respectfully and must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, record without permission, or behave inappropriately toward teachers, staff, or other users. ESLVista may suspend or terminate access where conduct is abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or disruptive.
Lesson Packages
Lesson packages must be used within any validity period shown at the time of purchase.
Unused lessons may expire after that period. Packages and lessons may not be transferred, shared, or resold without written approval from ESLVista.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, completed lessons, late cancellations, no-shows, downloaded materials, accessed digital content, and activated self-study courses are non-refundable. Any approved refund may be reduced by payment-processing fees, discounts, completed services, chargebacks, or other non-refundable costs.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers may have separate conditions, expiry dates, eligibility requirements, and usage limits. Discounts cannot normally be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, a working microphone and camera where required, and access to the designated lesson platform. Technical problems caused by the student’s equipment, internet connection, or third-party software do not normally qualify for a refund or replacement lesson.
Intellectual Property
All ESLVista course materials, videos, worksheets, branding, website content, graphics, and digital resources are owned by ESLVista or used with permission. They are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, upload, share, or modify them without written permission.
Recording Lessons
Lessons may not be recorded, photographed, streamed, or shared without the prior consent of the teacher and ESLVista. Where ESLVista records a lesson for training, quality, or promotional purposes, appropriate notice or permission will be requested where required.
VIP Library and Self-Study Content
Access to the VIP Library and self-study content may depend on an active membership, eligible lesson plan, or separate purchase. Access may end when the relevant membership, plan, or access period expires.
Third-Party Services
ESLVista may use third-party services for payments, video lessons, messaging, hosting, analytics, and app features.
ESLVista is not responsible for outages, policies, security incidents, or service changes caused by third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
ESLVista provides educational support but does not guarantee a particular examination score, language level, academic result, employment outcome, visa result, or other specific achievement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESLVista is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, device problems, internet failures, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
Suspension or Termination
ESLVista may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, fails to make payment, commits fraud, abuses staff, or threatens the safety or integrity of the service.
